Designed by Monda & Bertolazzi and built in 1931 for Selective Homes Inc. (permit NB 2168-31), this row house forms a pair with No. 115-70 under a peaked vestibule with stucco panels and a gambrel-shaped half-timbered gable. Three leaded transom sashes with clear and colored diamond panes survive in its first-floor window, and its brick chimney with stone accent blocks is shared with No. 115-74. A concrete stoop and patio and a metal window grille were added later.
