Grand Boulevard Holding Co. built this six-story Art Deco apartment house in 1938 under permit NB 71-1938, to plans by Jacob M. Felson. The beige brick front steps back to follow the angle of the street and has wrap-around corner windows and a projecting cast-stone entrance pavilion. Its original multi-paned steel casement windows, visible in a 1940s tax photograph, have since been replaced.
