In 1923 Loco Realty Corp. built a one-story commercial building, thirty-seven and a half feet wide, to designs by M. Joseph Harrison. It took the place of a three-story frame building that had stood on the lot. Its stepped parapet and brick front, now painted, survive, and one occupant over the years was an auto body repair shop.
