This type B' house went up in 1927 in the thirteen-house Harrison Place row on the east side of 49th Street. When the Landmarks Preservation Commission described it in 2007, it still had its historic front door with a storm door, and at the basement a historic door and a historic window with painted glass. The original door hood and surround also survived, now resting on non-historic metal columns, and the parapet kept its bluestone coping.
