This two-story, flat-roofed brick house, an A' type in the alternating A and A' pattern of its 48th Street row, was built in 1927 as part of Sunnyside Gardens' Roosevelt Court. By the time of the 2007 landmark survey its porch had been closed in with non-historic vinyl siding, fitted with a door and a one-over-one window at the front and a pair of single-pane windows on the side, under a porch roof painted grey. Its brick front had been repointed.
