Built in 1926, 44-09 Skillman Avenue is a Type G' house, one of the pair of gable-roofed houses at the middle of Lincoln Court's six-house row. When the Landmarks Preservation Commission surveyed it for the 2007 Sunnyside Gardens district, it still had its historic six-over-six wood windows and its historic door, both behind storms, and a concrete stoop with its historic metal railing. A window and two vents sit in the peak of its west gable.
