Dated by the Landmarks Preservation Commission to between about 1904 and 1914, this two-family house of iron-spot brick, brownstone and limestone has no recorded builder or original owner. It has a full-height rounded bay and a modillioned cornice with egg-and-dart molding and festoons. The survey found its historic stoop newel posts and original gate posts in place and an iron areaway fence and gate installed before 1940, but the original door hood had been replaced with a metal one.

“Replacement iron areaway fence and gate (installed before 1940); original gate posts…”
