The Landmarks Preservation Commission could not identify the builder, architect or first owner of this corner flats building, dating it only to sometime after 1902 and before 1914. Three stories over a basement, it is built of brick and brownstone, with stone sills, flat-arched lintels and stone bands between the windows, a cast-iron column at the east end of the ground floor, and a full metal cornice whose frieze carries festoons above a row of brick dentils.

The corner storefront at 60-01 67th Avenue has been bricked in, and a four-bay garage stands behind it

The commission's survey found that the ground-floor shop front facing 67th Avenue had been filled with light-colored brick around a three-part window, with the entrance at the east side up two brick steps under an aluminum awning. At the back of the lot, facing 60th Street, is a brick garage with four bays and wooden double doors reinforced with metal strapping, and laundry lines are strung on its roof. Three sidewalk vaults sit along the 60th Street side.
