By the 2014 landmarks survey, the porch of this house had been replaced except for the roof, with newer metal railings, metal and brick piers and a porch cornice sheathed in sheet metal. A security camera, a surveillance sign, a mailbox and a light fixture had been added at the entrance, and the areaway held a planting area with tiled steps, tile paving and a brick retaining wall. The brick of its partly visible north facade had been parged.
