Louis Berger & Company designs 60-47 69th Avenue with an angled bay of orange iron-spot brick

Built around 1908 for Paul Stier to designs by Louis Berger & Company, this two-family house is the last of the 23 houses numbered 60-03 to 60-47, next to the store-and-flats building at 60-49. Its front has a full-height angled bay with a notched corner, laid in orange iron-spot brick with rough-faced gray brick stringcourses and rough-faced limestone lintels. Its porch is original, while the stoop has been replaced and the newel posts removed.
