One of ten two-family row houses in the 1909 Stier group at 60-50 to 60-70 68th Road, this house still had its original front door, original basement security grilles and its original metal areaway fence and gate when the Landmarks Preservation Commission surveyed it. The back of the house has a curved bay with a historic wooden balcony. Later owners added new stoop railings, laid stone on the stoop steps and swapped the stoop's vent grille for a letter slot.

“Facade Notes: Parged brick facade; curved bay; historic wood balcony; replacement sash; two satellite dishes on roof…”
