Built for Paul Stier around 1909 to Louis Berger & Company's design, this three-story, two-family house still has much of its early fabric. The commission's survey found its original double wood-and-glass entrance doors still in place, along with the original grilles over the basement windows. Like its neighbors it has a full-height rounded bay, contrasting brick bands and spandrel panels, and a pedimented stone door hood.
