Built in 1931 by Selective Homes Inc. from Monda & Bertolazzi's plans, this is one of only six houses on 222nd Street not built as a mirrored pair. It has its own vestibule with a triangular-arched doorway and a roof sloping longer on one side, plus a narrow stuccoed gable. Its wood front door, light fixture and three leaded diamond-pane transom sashes survive, as does a patterned brick and stucco chimney it shares with No. 115-66. By 2022 its gable half-timbering had been covered over.
