This 1931 row house on the west side of 222nd Street was filed under permit NB 2168-31 by developer Selective Homes Inc., with Monda & Bertolazzi as architects. It and 115-86 form one of just two pairs on the street with a five-sided peaked vestibule and a slim half-timbered gable. When the block was landmarked it still had its historic diamond-paned leaded window on the first floor, a vestibule light fixture, and corbeled brick window-box brackets below that window; its chimney is shared with 115-82.
