The 2010 designation report recorded historic paired wood-and-glass doors at 1826, the bluestone stoop and railing, historic wood basement windows with grilles, and an areaway railing, gate and newel posts that had lost a few details. Vinyl windows had replaced the originals, and grey paint covered the stonework at the first floor, base and stoop. The six-bay rear wall is stuccoed grey and has a metal fire escape.
