In 1910 builder Jacob Jaeger teamed with Louis Berger to put up four more brick row houses, 1862 through 1868 Stockholm Street, next to the houses built by Joseph Weiss. Jaeger's row is set apart by angled bays, brownstone stoops, limestone trim and pressed-metal cornices. Berger, born in the Rheinpfalz in 1875, was architect of record for more than 5,000 Ridgewood and Bushwick buildings from 1895 to 1930.
