Landmarks surveyors find this Madison Court house still keeping its old door hood and stoop railing

When the Landmarks Preservation Commission surveyed Sunnyside Gardens for its 2007 designation, it recorded this house as a type B row house in the Madison Court North row. Its tripartite front bay had been clad in aluminum, with single-pane windows on either side of the center sash, and the windows were vinyl one-over-one. The historic door hood survived, as did the historic metal railing on its concrete stoop. Behind the house, the whole yard had been paved with bluestone set in concrete.
