A separate 1909 permit starts a second Doenecke row at 58-15 69th Avenue

While the houses from 58-03 to 58-13 were filed together, 58-15 was built under a second permit, NB 3214 of 1909, again with Louis Berger & Company as architect and Katherina Doenecke as owner. The two-family house is faced in orange iron-spot brick with brownstone and limestone trim and rises two stories over a basement.

When the Central Ridgewood Historic District was surveyed in 2014, 58-15 still had its rounded bay, limestone door hood and cornice with dentils and festoons.
