Felson drew this six-story beige-brick building for the Concourse Building Corp. in 1939, as one of three related buildings with 740 and 750 Grand Concourse. Dark brick bands run between the windows, wrap-around corner windows mark the ends of the facade, and the entrance sits back inside a raised light court lined with cast-stone planting beds. The stepped brick parapet seen in a 1940s tax photograph has since been removed.
