754 Onderdonk Avenue, also 1832 Woodbine Street, closes a row of seven flats filed in 1913 under permit NB 1003-13, with Louis Allmendinger as architect and G. X. Mathews as developer. The nine-bay Onderdonk Avenue side has a central entrance in a carved limestone frame and two metal fire escapes. Its corner, rear and extension storefronts were later removed, and an elevator bulkhead now rises on the roof.
