Part of Ignatz Martin's 1911 row designed by Louis Berger & Company, this two-family house has a full-height rounded bay, rough-cut limestone courses at sill and lintel levels and cast-stone lintels with incised arabesques. The landmarks survey found its stone stoop, stair railings, newel posts and double wood-and-glass doors original and the gate under the stoop possibly historic. Later owners added an aluminum awning over the front door and a light fixture beside it.
