This two-family house was filed in 1909 under permit NB 2622 as part of Stier's run of 23 row houses from 60-56 to 60-98 69th Avenue, designed by Louis Berger & Company. Along with its curved bay and wood brickmold at every window, it retains its original primary door, metal fence and gate and basement grilles. A historic wooden balcony remains on the rear facade, and storm windows and four utility meters were added later.
