Under New Building permit 1562-1911, Jacob Erbach built this two-family house in 1911, together with 69-17 next door, from designs by Louis Berger & Company. The house rises two stories over a basement. This Renaissance Revival front is brick and stone, four bays wide with three curved bays, a brownstone water table, bands of limestone sills and a pressed-metal cornice with scrolled brackets, swags and wreaths. The stoop ironwork and windows have been replaced.
