The Sigel Arms went up in 1924 under NB 302-1924 for the Big Three Building Corp., to designs by Charles Schaefer Jr. The six-story building is faced in textured red and beige brick with masonry trim and has a light court with what may be its original fence and gate. It was built together with, and resembles, its neighbor at 828 Gerard Avenue.
